How do I track my order?
- In your shipping confirmation email, you'll receive a link to your tracking information. From there, you can monitor the shipment’s progress until the package is delivered to your door.
What is your return/exchange policy?
- If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.
- Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and information. You will receive a shipping label that you will receive by email. Designer Dupes is not responsible for the shipping costs of returns.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return or exchange once it is received by our Distribution Center.
How much is shipping and how long does it take?
**PLEASE BE AWARE OF SHIPPING DELAYS DUE TO COVID-19. PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 2-3 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY.**
We do not currently offer overnight or express shipping.
- All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.
- Transit starts when your order has been shipped, and does not include standard processing time. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. Holidays.
Why was my order cancelled?
- There are several reasons why your order may have been cancelled:
- The item(s) sold out.
- There is a delay in replenishment for your item(s).
- We are unable to verify your billing information and/or your billing address does not match the credit card on file for the order. (If the billing address stated on the order does not match with what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct). Once updated, you may create a new order using the correct billing address.
Note: If your order is cancelled for any of the reasons above, you will receive an email confirming your order’s cancellation. The full amount of the order will be refunded back to the original form of payment used. Refunds can take up to 2-5 business days to clear and 7-10 business days for the amount to post to your account, depending on your financial institution.
